My album review vault

My biggest problem

Ok so i'm a big music lover and i spend most of my free time surfing on the web hoping to discover the next musical gem and listening to my personal library.
I personally have strong memory ties between events and music, so i usually remember events that occurend to me during the time i was listening to one specific music quite precisely.
The problem is that sometimes when i shuffle my playlist in random, i will be swamped by thoses memories but i will sadly be unable to remember exactly when it occured.
If it happened a few months ago, it will most likely not be a problem, but since i started listening to music in my early childhood, i noticed that as i grow older, my oldest music memories started to fade away.
So i came up with an idea : each time i listen to an album ( i usually listen alot in repeat to an album when i discover it and then not much) i write a tiny review, indicating its name, the name of the band, it's musical genre, a personal review about what's happening in my life at this precise time, the days i discovered and listened to it and a grade. This way, if i keep doing this for a few year, i could basically remember every thing that happened to me listening to music while reading my reviews.

How to do it ?

In order to keep my reviews easily storable and reviewable, i will use a simple database of one table with entries corresponding to one review. To enter them, I will use a form, a skill i learned using the W3Schools wbesite ( tutorial here)
